SDGPuros purveys bands that adorn only the most exquisite and exclusive puros in the world.

SDGPuros was created with three objectives:

1. to commemorate Spurgeon's life-long love for the finest puros

2. to encourage genuine friendship, fellowship, and hospitality among true aficionados marked by a fervent desire for and pursuit of Christ

3. to dedicate the partaking of the finest puros Soli Deo Gloria

Puros is a term sparingly used, even by aficionados.  This Spanish slang is aptly derived from the word "pure," referring to cigars unadulterated by leaf cultivated outside of Cuba.

SDGPuros bands, however, adorn puros of a much more exclusive provenance: we use no leaf, no labor, and no method foreign to the 3 finest fincas of the Vuelta Abajo.
 

​We are inspired by the legacy of C.H. Spurgeon and his love of puros of el famoso F.P. del Rio y Ca, best known during the 1800s for their La Legitimidad brand.​
